The owner/operator of Jarvis Interview Assistant operates Jarvis Interview Assistant, a desktop application that provides AI-powered assistance for coding interviews through:

• • Stealth technology to remain undetected during video calls
• • Support for multiple programming languages (Python, Java, JavaScript, C++, etc.)
• • Integration with major video conferencing software (Zoom, Teams, Meet, WebEx)
• • Compatibility with coding interview platforms (LeetCode, HackerRank, CodeSignal)
• • Professional AI infrastructure managed by our company

What You Receive

With your subscription, you receive:

• • Access to Jarvis desktop application
• • AI processing and inference services (request-based limits apply)
• • Stealth technology and platform compatibility
• • Regular software updates and improvements
• • Customer support and technical assistance
• • Secure, private AI interactions (no data storage)

Request Limits

AI assistance is provided on a request basis:

• • Free Tier: Mock responses only for testing invisibility
• • Pro Tier: 100 requests per AI model per month
• • Pro+ Tier: 200 requests per AI model per month
• • Requests reset monthly on your billing date
• • Usage monitoring available in your account dashboard

Your Obligations

You agree to:

• • Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws
• • Respect the terms of service of interview platforms (Zoom, Teams, Meet, etc.)
• • Follow employer policies and interview guidelines
• • Use the service ethically and responsibly
• • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• • Not reverse engineer or attempt to bypass our software protections

Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• • Use Jarvis in ways that violate interview platform terms of service
• • Distribute, resell, or sublicense access to the software
• • Use automated systems to access our services
• • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• • Share your account credentials with third parties
• • Use the service for any illegal or fraudulent purposes

Interview Ethics

While Jarvis provides stealth capabilities, you acknowledge that some interview contexts may require disclosure of assistance tools. You are solely responsible for determining when disclosure is appropriate or required and for making such disclosures.

Account Requirements

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities under your account.

Subscription Plans

• • Free Tier: Demo mode with mock AI responses for testing app invisibility only (not for actual interviews)
• • Pro Tier ($30/month): 100 requests per AI model with full stealth technology and interview-ready features
• • Pro+ Tier ($55/month): 200 requests per AI model with priority processing and advanced features

Payment Terms

• • All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
• • Price changes require 30 days advance notice
• • No refunds for partial subscription periods except as required by law

Refund Policy

We offer a 24-hour refund window for users who cannot use the software due to technical issues. You must provide proof of technical incompatibility or software malfunction to qualify for a refund.

Service "As Is"

Jarvis is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

No Detection Guarantee

While our stealth technology is designed to be undetectable, we cannot guarantee that detection will never occur. Technology and detection methods constantly evolve.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Jarvis, including but not limited to lost opportunities, failed interviews, or detection by interview platforms.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription.

Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately, but these Terms shall remain in effect.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
